Tonya Gonzalez is the Director of Community Affairs and Outreach for the Public Access Corporation of the District of Columbia (DCTV). Before joining DCTV, Tonya worked for Public Broadcasting Service (PBS) as a Business Affairs Specialist. At PBS, Tonya was responsible for negotiating broadcast, Internet and video rights in connection with the acquisition of PBS programming. Tonya received her law degree from the University of Maryland School of Law, where she graduated with honors in 2000. Tonya is a board member of the Alliance for Community Media and the National Coalition of Dialogue and Deliberation.

Terrance Green is a veteran commercial film & video producer and Avid editor at GMMB, a Washington, DC based advertising agency. In addition to creating political commercials and PSAs, he has produced short films for a variety of film festivals, including the DC 48-Hour Film Festival. Terrance has also created fundraising videos for charities such as the Junior League of Washington, DC and The Five-Star Basketball Camp. Terrance has lived in Washington, DC for over a decade and is a graduate of American University.

John Hanshaw is Director of the Guerrilla Film Festival (GFF), which was established in 2003 to provide an alternative venue for independent and foreign filmmakers who work outside the Hollywood & Indywood system. He has also acted in and/or directed several short films including Fotografia Golovy (2002), The Big Squeeze (2003), The Gorilla Chronicles (2003), and Love in the Age of Point and Click (2004). Prior to founding the GFF, John was an Associate Producer at Japan Broadcasting Corporation (NHK) and then Associate Director of Program Underwriting Policy at Public Broadcasting Service (PBS).

Hildi Quiñonez is the Distance Learning & Production Specialist for Arlington Public Schools. Hildi is also the producer of Spanish for Educators, a video series that teaches Spanish to school staff in the context of school situations. Her most recent project was producing ¡Claro! English for Parents, a series of videos that teaches native Spanish-speaking parents school-related English while providing information about school culture and policies. Hildi was born in Washington D.C. and has lived in Northern Virginia all her life. She considers herself a life long learner and is currently earning a degree in Instructional Design and Development from George Mason University.

Melanie Tatum is a journalist and actor based in Arlington, Virginia. She currently covers the energy industry and has previously served as White House and Pentagon correspondent for the Saudi Press Agency. Other beats have included aviation and environmental issues. She is an active member of the National Press Club and Arlington Independent Media. As an actor, Melanie has performed with the Washington Stage Guild, Cherry Red Productions, SCENA Theatre, Studio Theatre Secondstage, and other DC-area companies. Her alter-ego, Miss Betty Belmont, has appeared at Chief Ike's Mambo Room in Washington and the Bowery Poetry Club in New York City. Melanie holds a bachelor's degree from The College of William and Mary in English and International Studies.
