Cynthia Buzzard

American Artist Projects, Inc. Cynthia Buzzard is President of the Washington Film and Video Council and an independent documentary producer. Previously, she served a staff producer for various NBC Television Productions, including "Unsolved Mysteries." She is currently in development on a feature length documentary on woman artists. Mitch Parker

Is a freelance video cameraman, editor and producer. He has worked on everything from video Art in San Francisco to episodes of America's Most Wanted. He has also been long involved in the Washington music scene as a musician, DJ, and independent promoter.

Rogelio Maxwell

Rogelio Maxwell is an Artist/Musician. He is currently teaching and producing film and video at the Public Access Corporation of D.C.

Skizz Cyzyk

Skizz Cyzyk is a Baltimore filmmaker/musician. He is a 1993 ROSEBUD nominee and the program director of the Mansion Theater, which hosts a monthly independent open film & video screening.

Jonathan Spottiswoode

Jonathan Spottiswoode is a filmmaker and musician. His music videos featuring the Zimmermans have earned national awards, including two consecutive honorable mentions from ROSEBUD. In April, Jonathan will be directing a new short film titled The Gentleman.
